hi im rahul frm india!i read abt the ayran which is made frm yogurt! i wanna tell something that this drink is very popular drink in here it is called lassi. the recipe is same i was suprised when read turkish's ayran recipe!we also drink this with lunch or with breakfast

At a restaurant in Mardin they served a glass of an herbal drink with Turkish coffee. I think it had lemon and several other herbs in it, and was served at room temperature. Do you know the name and have a recipe for this?

There are many different herbal teas in Turkish cuisine and most of them have lemon. So it is difficult to guess which one was served to you:)
