At a restaurant in Mardin they served a glass of an herbal drink with Turkish coffee. I think it had lemon and several other herbs in it, and was served at room temperature. Do you know the name and have a recipe for this?

Hi,
There are many different herbal teas in Turkish cuisine and most of them have lemon. So it is difficult to guess which one was served to you:)

This website is an amazing find! Thank you so much for all the tasty recipes! I just came back from Turkey and fell in love with their food.

I got some dried pomegranate flowers and I want to know how to use them to make tea. Do you boil them? Brew them in hot water? Or do you add them to other kinds of tea?

Thanks a lot for your help!
