Hello Binnur,I'm from Egypt. My grandmother used to cook a Turkish dish, "sharkaseya" in Arabic, some kind of walnut sauce to put on rice. Can you tell me the name and the recipe, please! Thanks!

Merhaba Binnur,
Kizim Chocolate puding i cok seviyor ben de sizin tarifinizi denemek istiyorum. Fakat "homogenized milk" demissiniz. Bu normal full fat milk mi yoksa powder mi? Tesekkeurler.

Merhaba Dilek,
Homogenized milk adi altinda satilan sut full fat milk. Az yagli sutte kullanabilirsiniz ama tavsiye etmiyorum, tadinda eksiklik oluyor:)

Somebody asks about Sharkaseya, it is "Circassian" and the person is looking for "Circassian Rice" (Cerkez Pilavi).
