Cacık
1 clove of garlic, minced with salt
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 1/2 cup plain Tukish yogurt
1 cup water
Salt
Garnish:
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh dill, chopped
Place the garlic, yogurt and water in a medium size bowl. Mix with a spoon until it is blended very well. Add diced cucumber and mix again. With a ladle pour into small bowls. Drizzle some olive oil on top of each. Garnish with fresh dill.
Cacik goes very well as a side dish with white beans, rice or chickpeas.
* This is a vegetarian dish.

Hakikatten sitenizi cok begeniyorum, tarifler hem pratik hemde cok guzel..tesekkur ediyorum
Kullandigin canaklarin buyuklugune bagli. 6 kisilik hatta tabaklar kucukse 8 kisilik bile olur:)
