I have just visited Turkey for the first time, and it is delightful to find your recipes for the wonderful things I tasted there as well as some new things. Thank you so much for doing this!
I just returned home from visiting Turkey. I loved it there especially the food. I was so glad I came upon your website. Thankyou!
We visited Turkey in October. I made several of your recipes for a party I had a few weeks ago. Everyone wanted this recipe!
Thanks,
Karen

I live in the US and am having hard time finding very thick cream. Is the imported British stuff my only option? Do you know if I can find some domestic brand of clotted cream, easily available in the stores here.
Cok tesekkur ederim
Merhaba Armagan,
Sorry, I don't live in the US. Therefore, I will not be able to help. I would suggest you ask someone in a supermarket.
Can I use kaymak instead of very thick cream? Or is it the same thing?
Hi Laura,
You can use very thick cream like English Devon cream instead of kaymak:)
I live in US as well and I use mascarpone cheese instead of cream. give it try - its a hit with my friends and family. Of course thanks to Binnur for the wonderful recipe!
