Creamy Yogurt Dip

(Haydari)

Creamy Yogurt Dip
1 cup creamy yogurt
2 garlic cloves, smashed with salt
1/2 tsp mint
2 tbsp dill, chopped
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of crushed red pepper
Salt

Mix all the ingredients and place on a serving dish. Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with black olives and radish.

Serve with toasted pide slices.

Hi Binnur,

I live in Istanbul and I've made quite a few things from your website. All your recipes are wonderful.

Tonight I had a meze which I want to try to make. I'm not sure of the name (maybe it starts with a "b") but it has yogurt, garlic and maybe artichoke? Some sort of soft vegetable...If you could post the recipe or know the same, that would be great.

i think you mean Babaganouch and the vegitable is eggplant/aubergine- soft when roasted.
hope that helps....
