Binnur's Turkish Cookbook published!

We are proud to announce that we published a book containing a collection of over 110 of our delicious recipes. It's currently available from Amazon.com subsidiary CreateSpace, and you can purchase it at:

www.createspace.com/3332407

We've taken our visitors' many requests to publish a book to heart, and so we're making this available at near cost, after Amazon.com's hefty royalties ;)

Note that the book will also be available on Amazon.com itself in less than two weeks where you'll get free shipping if you have Amazon Prime.

We've put a lot of effort into this and hope that you will enjoy it! We feel it's a great and unique Christmas gift :) As always, comments are welcome.

Hi Binnur,
I just came by to say that I tried a couple of your recipes last night as we had some friends over and I wanted to cook something unusual. The food was a hit and was all polished off. I made Eggplant with Chickpeas, Chicken Tava and Kabak Graten. The last two drew the most mmmm's. I also made the Turkish Shortbread. Now I see that you have published a book. Congratulations.

Many thanks and best of luck with sales. I am sure the cookbook will sell well.

Congratulations Binnur, this is really exciting!! I will definitely order your book - your homestyle Turkish cooking is a secret to most of the world - maybe now they'll learn that there is a lot more to Turkish food than doner!

Do you have a recipe for Eksili kebap? I saw it on TV but didn't write down how to do it...

:) Elinize saglik!

ps - I have now taught 2 Turkish cooking classes in Munich - I have recommended your site to my "students" and I will now recommend your book :)

Binnur'cugum,
I'm proud of you and your book. An American friend just asked for a good recipe for 'yaprak sarma' and I told her that your recipes should be the ones she should turn to, whenever she needs to cook Turkish food. I also told her about your book. Good luck!
