a good one as usual Binnur. thank you so much.
the whole family loved this, thanx!!! although in your picture you have juice, mind hardly hard any ... do i add water??? ... fab though!!!! Victoria x x
Hi Victoria,
You shouldn't add water, the red bell pepper leaves enough water to cook the dish:) Two things may effect how much juice left. If there is a little hole on the lid of the pot which helps steam goes out should be completely closed. Or the amount of rice was too much which absorbs the juice:)
Binnur,
This red pepper dish was delicious!!! My mom, dad and I loved it. Thank you soooo much for sharing this great recipe!!!

I made this yesterday and absolutely loved it! Another great recipe, Binnur!
this looks like the green pepper and potatoes recipe so i think potatoes should be nice or would this need water
If you like you can cook Green Pepper and Potatoes with red bell peppers instead of green peppers. Each dishes have their own taste, they are not the same!
Hi Binnur, just recently discovered your site and have been enjoying this style of recipe with a bit of rice cooked with the lid tight. (This one and the spinach with rice.) Only thing is - after 20 minutes my rice is always still crunchy and I always have to cook it for another 15-20 minutes! Have you any idea what I am doing wrong?!
Hi,
I think the heat is too low to cook the rice. 2 tbsp rice are supposed to cook within 20 minutes:)
