Turkish-style Lamb Chops

Divide the ribs into chops by cutting along the rib bones (picture). Remove the fat (picture). Take some Saran plastic and place on the lamb chop, then pound few times with a wooden mallet on a wooden board (picture).
You can barbecue each side for 2-3 minutes, or fry in a pan. Heat up the pan and put about one teaspoon butter, melt. Then place the lamb chops and fry each side for about 2 1/2 - 3 minutes. I use a Teflon pan for it. Lamb Chops don't need any marinade before cooking. Just sprinkle some oregano all over and serve while they are still warm.

Recently, I stopped by a Turkish restaurant in New York and they served us lavash bread (was soft and puffed up with toasted sesame seeds on top) with a dipping sauce. This sauce was the tastiest dip I have every come across! It was white and had some green flecks. It had the consistency of ketchup and tasted slightly sour.
I really want to know what this dip is and how I can make it because I live a thousand miles away from that restaurant!

I hope all is well with you. Thank you for introducing me to haydari, I seriously make it every other week and add it to my rice, vegetables and meat!
I will be cooking for my friends party next month and we have a handful of friends from Turkey attending. I intend to make the lavash bread - Its like a giant puffy pita, it is full of steam and you need to stick it with a fork before you eat it. It has some black and brown sesame seeds on top. Can you please help me make this bread and some yummy gyro meat?
