Looks wonderful, as always!

Is that spinach steamed or raw?

Thanks,

Ken

Hello Binnur,
I'm enjoying learning about Turkish food!!
Please, forgive my ignorance, but I'm unsure of crushed red pepper. Fresh red capsicum, finely diced then crushed?
Or,
Can I use a subsitute ?

Many thanks,
Robyn

Hello Robyn,
You can find crushed red pepper with the another spices on the shelf at the supermarket. But you can substitute it with the cayenne (hot) pepper also:)
Take care,
