Merhaba Binnur,
They stop selling ricotta cheese here were I live. Is it another cheese I can use instead.

Merhaba Linda,
Sure, you can use Feta cheese instead of Ricotta cheese. Or, you can make your own Lor Peyniri (Ricotta cheese).
Please check the "Breakfast&Eggs section:)

Sevgilerimle,
I love your blog, bcos I love Ottoman cuisine! Sesame and pepper are my best food. It reminds me of zaatar. Maybe you also have the recipe for this spice mix? Having said that im not sure if it used in Turkey! Biberli ekmek looks wonderful! Sevgilerimler
Hi,
Thank you:) We have wild thyme called 'zahter'. We make zahter salad with the fresh ones. Also we use dried zahter with sumac, sesame seeds, etc., for the salads or yogurt or some dips as a garnish:)
