One question: I made your manti, and followed the instructions carefully, but it came out a mushy mess with the meat all falling out of the wrappers. Was the 9 minutes of boiling too long? Any ideas about what I should do next time?

Please don't keep the at the room temperature more then an hour. It seems they sit more than that:)
