it smells good :) Arugula is my best. I ll try with walnut next time. Binnur, i need a favor. I have just seen a wonderful thing to decorate cakes. It s "gofret disc" in Turkish. But i couldn t find how to search it in English. Please help me to find these beautiful things. Thanks for your time.
sounds good. but you've got to tell us what kind of salad is shown in the photo?!!
it looks great and it does not look like "arugula with walnuts" :) looks like tomatoes, bell peppers and i think there is some dressing on the salad as well..i need to know the full recipe for this great looking salad please including the dressing :)
i am learning to appreciate more of turkish cuisine cos of you blog.. thanks! :D
Hi,
You can only search "gofret disc" in Turkish as "gofret disk resmi (gofret disc picture)"
Hi,
Yes, I know it is not Arugula Salad with Walnuts:). The salad in the picture is called Shepherd's Salad which has already been posted. You can find the recipe on Salad section.
It sounds delicious! What do you think about frying the breasts in virgin olive oil instead of sunflower oil?
Hi,
Normally, it should be fried in extra virgin olive oil. But, it damages the healthy contribution of olive oil:)The taste is definitly better with olive oil!
Hi, me again "gofret disc". Actually, i was just looking for to buy it in here (US) So i wanna search it in english sites to buy it. But i couldn t find it by searching gofret disc or waffle disc for cake. I thaught you may know it as a cooking expert :) Hope there is something like these discs in here. Thanks again.
Try searching "gaufrette" instead of gofret.
thanks anonymous, i appreciated it, but it s something different which costs 500 bucks. anyway thanks

Is it possible to make the chikcen instead of frying it? I'm trying to cook more healthy and don't really want to fry it.
Thank you:) I would suggest you to fry the chicken a little bit first then cook in the oven.
Hi Binnur,
I'm trying not to eat too much fat, or fried foods - could you recommend another way to prepare this without frying?
teşekkür ederim
Hi,
Try to cook in the oven:)
Looks delicious.
I'll give it a try. :)

hi, how do you fold the chicken so the filling stays inside while frying?
Hi,
The chicken should be thin enough to fold it:)
