2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup coco powder
1/2 cup + 1 tbs all purpose flour
1 tbsp unsalted butter

Garnish:
Sweetened flaked coconut
Place all the ingredients (except butter) in a large pot. Stir constantly at medium heat. Add the butter. Cook until it gets enough thickness, stir occasionally. Take it off the stove. Pour into the blender. Blend for about 5 minutes over medium speed. Put 2 cookies at the bottom of each bowl. Pour in the bowls equally.
After letting them cool, place the bowls in the fridge for 12 hours. Sprinkle flaked coconuts all over the tops.

Delicious and easy! Can't wait to try them!
Merhaba Binnur,
Looks lovely! I was just wondering what the difference is between Snow Pudding and Supangle? Is it the flaked coconut topping?
Thanks.
Hi,
Supangle (Krem Sokola-Chocolate Pudding) which I've already posted doesn't have flour in it. It has corn starch and rice flour or only one of them. It doesn't need to be mixed in the blender. When you cook snow pudding, you will see that the taste also won't be the same.
Hi Binnur.
I already made this dessert and it's in my fridge :) ( thank you Binnir) i just wanted to ask you about the all purpose flour. you wrote the following:
"1/2 cup + 1 tbs all purpose flour"
Usually when you write an ingredient the above way, it means that the extra TBS should be left out and used later for a different purpose. But at this time you are not saying anything about this extra TBS. So, do we add it in with the rest of the ingredients and when?
thanks again.
Hi again Binnur.
In my previous comment i said that i already made this dessert and that it was in my fridge. well, i checked on it today after a little more than 15 hours in the fridge..it tastes sooooo good but it is not as firm as i wanted it to be. i mean, this type of chocolate pudding should be as firm as rice pudding, right?
if yes, then ..is there any tips you can give me to make it a little firmer?
Thanks a lot.
1/2 cup and 1 tbsp flour should be added at the same time with the rest of the ingredients:)
Hi again,
I am not sure whether you add the 1 tbsp flour in it or not:) But 1/2 cup + 1 tbs all purpose flour is absolutely enough to give nice firmness to the dessert. "Cook until it gets enough thickness, stir occasionally." Snow Dessert is firmer than Turkish Rice Pudding:)
Merhaba Binnur and thanks a lot for replying to my question :)
I don't think that I actually added that extra TBS of all purpose flour. I am going to make this dessert again within the next 48 hours. so, i'll make sure to add that TBS of flour and see how it goes. If i do not come back with any questions then that means everything went just fine. :)
thanks again.
