Hi,
Yes, it is a very yummy dish:) Pasta in the Oven cooked with bechamel sauce + eggs, so the sauce that I use with this dish is not the bechamel sauce:)
hello, will 2 minute time of cooking florets before baking be enough to cook them? Im going to make this dish,im so thrilled.greetings
Hi,
The cooking time for cauliflower is not only 2 minutes. The cooking will go on cooking in the oven:)
Hi, I'm new to your website and to Turkish cooking. Have a Turkish dinner to go to this week and need to know where to purchase Turkish yogurt in Billings, MT.
Thank you,
L
Hi,
You can use any kind of plain yogurt instead of Turkish yogurt. I would suggest you not to use low-fat yogurt.
Hi Binnur,
Thank you for your site and all your wonderful recipes. I have a question about the "Turkish red pepper, powder" in the Firinda Karnabahar -- is that Aleppo pepper powder? or is there some other specific pepper name I could look for?
Thanks so much!
Jean
Thank you Jean! Aleppo pepper has some heat. So paprika is just fine
for this recipe:)
Take care,
Binnur
