Eggs on Tandoori Bread
(Yumurta Borani)
Tandoori Bread
Yogurt, plain on with garlic, at room temperature
Egg, boiled
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Cut the Tandoori Bread in a bite size. Pour the plain yogurt over the top. Place the sliced eggs. Season with red pepper, salt and pepper and serve.
