Thanks for all of your awesome recipes Binnur! My husband and I met and had our first date in Istanbul and we are very sentimental. We also spent time in Kusadasi. I regularly cook your veggie and pastry recipes. I was wondering if there is another name for "purslane" if I am looking for it in groceries in South Florida? It looks so delicious with the yogurt, and I really want to try it. I just found pomegranate syrup in a store down the street, Yum!
Thank you, Ashley! It is available as a Mexican vegetable called 'verdolagas' in the US:)
I wish you the best!
