Merhaba!
This looks delicious!...When you say 'strained'...do you mean with cheese-cloth, and/to remove the liquid, or pressed through a sieve?
I wonder because of the texture difference between cottage cheese & ricotta

Merhaba Susanne,
I strained the cottage cheese in a wire strainer without using a cheesecloth to remove the liquid:)
I love cheese, the cottage cheese is placed on one half of the plate and ricotta cheese on the other, then the salad is arranged over the top:)

Hi Miriam,
I didn't use lemon juice or vinegar in dressing, but if you like you can add a little bit of pomegranate syrup into the dressing:) Fresh mint would be great for this salad!
