I love cauliflower so I will try this for sure! But I don't have ay sumac, can I substitute with some other spice? If so what would you recommend?
Thank you!

Hi,
Sumac has a tart, sour lemon taste and has a nutty texture. There is really no good substitute for it:) However, mix some fresh lemon rind/zest with touch of salt.
