Meatballs with vegetable is my favorite recipe in this blog. Very delicious. A well balanced sourness in the meatball from lemon zest was perfect. Chickpeas and spanach's taste also very delcious and helpt me to keep dish colorful. The only mistake i have did was i did not squeeze the milk so the bread was wet little bit. I think because of this some of my my meatballs could not stand as a ball. So be carefull when you stir.
