Salad for Breakfast
(Kahvaltı Salatası)
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Cucumber, cut in bite size
Red onion, sliced
Feta cheese
Egg, hard boiled, sliced
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Dressing:
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Place all the salad ingredients on a serving platter. Season with lemon juice and olive oil. It is a great salad for breakfast!

Hi, I would like to leave a tip. I love salads with tomatoes and cucumbers but supposedly when a cucumber is mixed with a tomato, the enzyme that cucumber contains takes all the vitamin C from a tomato.Ive learned that recently. greetings!
Hi, why does it matter that apparently the enzyme in cucumber leaches the vitamin c from the tomato when you are eating them together, my tip is that tomatoes are better for us when heated not fresh of the vine
