Spinach and chickpes it must be a tasty combination! :) greets
Hi, I bought lamb mince instead of lamb cubes by mistake. Can this recipe be made with the mince? If so, I can I do it please :)
Thank you
Hi K Cristini,
Sure you can:) Saute the onion with oil or butter or both until it is softened then add the minced lamb. Continue to saute until all the water evaporates while stirring. The rest is the same.
Or season the minced lamb with salt and pepper, knead and make little koftes (meatballs). Then, saute the onion with oil, add the lamb-balls and lightly fry. The rest is the same:)
hi binnur, should this be served with bread or rice? thanks a lot in advance :)
Hi,
It can be served with bread or pide on the side:)
Afiyet olsun!
