Yogurt Dip with Artichokes

(Enginar Cacık - Istanbul)

Yogurt Dip with Artichokes
Bottom of Artichokes, grated
Fresh mint leaves, cut in julienne
Extra virgin olive oil

Garlic Yogurt:
1/2 cup yogurt, plain
1 garlic clove, mashed with salt

Prepare the garlic yogurt. Add the grated artichokes and fresh mint, mix.

Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the top. Serve with the toasted pide slices.

It is raw:) Especially, in this season they are very tender and juicy, perfect to make “cacik”.
