Hello Binnur, I live in Los Angeles, CA, what can I use in place of the cubanelle pepper? In the past I have used Anaheim Pepper....
Thank you.
Hello Maria,
The Anaheim pepper is a mild green chilli whereas the cubanelle pepper is sweet. So I am going to suggest that you use the green Bell pepper:)
Take care,
it looks lika a great summer salad, i eat fish ratrely, i was finding the way to sneak it into my food, because its so healthy, thank you for this idea!
