Hello, Looks great ! Does kalye mean fritatta like in Italian cuisine?
ellenize saglik!
Tesekkur ederim:) Frittata means kaygana / omelet in Turkish.
Kalye means vegetables sauted with oil but in this recipe with the eggs added in it:)
Hi, thought in Turkish fried vegetables are called kavurma :), kalye is a new word for me :) greets
I prepared this dish today for my breakfast and it does taste exquisite! It's quick, simple and delicious!
Frittata doesn't contain flour and can also be baked in the oven.
