Radish-Yogurt Dip

(Turp Cacığı)

Radish-Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
3⁄4 cup radish, washed, grated
1 cup plain yogurt
1 garlic clove, mashed with salt
Salt
~
Extra virgin olive oil

Directions
Mix radish, yogurt, garlic and salt in a bowl. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and serve.

I never knew what to do with leftover radish. Now I will use to cacik :) It has a nice pink colour too :)

I want to thank you for all the wonderful recipes over the years. I especially appreciate that they are inexpensive to make and make moderate size servings. Most recipes seemed to be scaled for large families, but many of us live alone or with a roommate.
