Much deserved! Any traveler to Turkey who wants to bring the cuisine home with them should use this site. I love that you provide ingredients that are easy to acquire in the West and easy-to-follow guidance to reach a [nearly] authentic taste.
Side note: While I can't judge authenticity, I, like many to your site, am married to a Turk, and he enjoys everything I prepare using your recipes. You are seriously our [non-Turkish wives and cooking-husbands of Turks] saving grace and regularly referenced in our home. If my husband has a craving it's:, "Let's see what Binnur says to do."
